Are you procrastinating your routines or habits?

Getting Organized:
In your Home and Homeschool

Dear Friends,
Happy Wednesday! It’s anti-procrastination day, friends. What are you going to do that you have been putting off?
How are you doing with your daily routines? These routines help you keep order in your home, and if you slack off on them, you will see the clutter and chaos start to creep back into your home.
What about your Home Blessings? If you neglect doing one or two or more of them per week, you will find yourself in the place where you are working harder at cleaning your home than if you took the 10 minutes to do one Home Blessing at a time.
Have you been working on the monthly habits? They do start coming together as you practice them consisently. You make need to use a check off sheet to help you keep track of your daily water. I have started giving myself mini water drinking goals.
First thing in the morning, I drink 8 to 10 ounces of water. After I exercise I drink another 8 to 10 ounces depending on how much I sweat. I drink another 8 ounces before lunch. I drink water with my lunch, and I drink an additional 8 ounces before 4:00 pm. That puts me at 48 to 50 ounces before dinner. I drink water with my dinner and then I slow down on my water drinking after 7:00 pm. As I refill my bottle, I keep track mentally with it.
If you are not used to consistently drinking water throughout the day. Use a check off sheet. Drink your water from a cup with a straw. You will drink more water that way. Use a pretty cup. Keep a cup in the bathroom and refill it each time you go to the bathroom.
Set your timer and go do something you have been putting off! Please email me and let me know what you did.
Your Zone Mission today is to declutter leftovers from the fridge.
Your Home Blessing for today is to wipe windows and mirrors.
My menu plan for Wednesday is spaghetti, garlic bread, and salad. I am having zoodles while the boys have pasta.
Have a blessed day!
