Are you ready to get moving in May with me?

Getting Organized:
In your Home and Homeschool

Dear Friends,
Happy May 1st, friends! This month’s habit is Moving in May. We are going to do some sort of purposeful movement each day this month. What you can do will vary from person to person, but I want you to make that effort, even if it is a walk outside to watch your children play.
If you have been reading my articles for long, you know I am passionate about taking care of my health. I try to make healthy choices for eating. I am purposeful to get enough rest each night. I make it a point to drink water daily. I do my exercise first thing in the morning, so it does not get put off and not done.
If you have not exercised regularly in a while, start with stretching and walking. Be careful to not over stretch. The weather is nice for most of us now, so it can become a part of your daily homeschool routine to get outside and walk and play.
Daily exercise has many benefits. Among them are increasing your health and helping your mental status. We have also just come out of a season where we are not outside as much, and you can absorb vitamin D with 15 minutes outside daily.
Please feel free to check in with me this month and tell me about your progress with daily movement.
Your Zone Mission today is to declutter in the Dining Room for 15 minutes.
Your Home Blessing for today is to wipe windows and mirrors.
My menu plan for Wednesday is soup and sandwiches.
Have a blessed day
