Taking care of Mom – Getting Organized

Getting Organized:
In your home and homeschool

What are you doing to take care of yourself regularly? Several times a week, I have a nice soak in the tub. I light a candle and turn on some relaxing music. This is time for me to relax and unwind. I normally use epsom salts in the water, and that helps me recover from my exercising, too.

There are other ways to pamper yourself and take care of your body and spirit. We cannot always give, give, give to others and not refuel ourselves. The Habit of the Month with The FlyLady is to Pamper Yourself. The month of December is typically when we are busy and not taking care of ourselves.

Here are some musts in taking care of yourself this month:

  • Rest
  • Eat healthy
  • Drink water
  • Relax daily
  • Do not over commit your schedule
  • Do something fun with your family
  • Limit your To Do list

What are some ways you take care of yourself? Send me an email to Tami@TamiFox.com.

Have a great week-end!
